The goal of this website is to give support to people who are facing problems in their relationship related to cheating, abuse and narcissism. There is a saying "man is what he eats". That may not be literally true but another saying, not so widely known, is very true: "We are what we feel". Our innermost feelings and emotions define the way we perceive the world around us. This fact is very liberating. It means we have the power to influence the way our life will evolve. In the end our happiness and our mental well-being is in our hands.

Many people are not aware of this fact. They tend to go with the flow and accept what life gives them without questions. Some may even think they are not worthy of more than they get. You may have abusive or not-so-polite family members, co-workers or friends, or you may not have friends at all. You or someone you love may have a bad health. Someone you love may have died. You may be fed up with your work. You may have all sorts of issues, which make you feel uncomfortable about your life. But it does not have to be like that. You can enjoy your life to the fullest every day if you choose to do so. It is all in your own hands.

Think about your life at this very moment. Are you completely (or even close to) happy? Answering this question may not be as easy as it may seem. To get an answer, please answer honestly to these questions:

If you answered "yes" to one or more of the questions in the above list, your life is not at this moment the way it should be, whether you accept this fact or not. You may feel you want to hang on to your life as it is now, because you are afraid of the change. If you are in a bad relationship, you may have mixed feelings about your situation. You may want to leave, but on the other hand a mere thought of living apart from your partner is so painful that you are staying in your relationship even thought it is slowly eating you inside.

But your life does not have to go like that! You are a unique individual, there is no one like you on this Earth. You only have this one life. Do not waste it by being miserable! But even if that happens, would you rather choose to be in your bad relationship rather than to live alone, to be free and spend time with friends without having to feel bad because of something someone you are living with has again said or done to you? The world without the loneliness

Do not be afraid of the loneliness if you decide to end your relationship. In today's world we do not have to live alone and isolated if we do not choose to do so. We can meet other people very easily through internet, which literally connects people all around the world. When our generation will be in nursing homes, we will not be lonely old timers! We will have the means to connect to other old timers all around the world, chat, make friends, even fall in love... What a great evening of life we got ahead of us!

The best thing is that it can be like that for you now when the nursing home is nothing but a distant shadow in a horizon. You can connect with people all around the world, get new friends, even fall in love.
