The goal of this website is to give support to people who are facing problems in their relationship related to cheating, abuse and narcissism. I am living in Europe and English is not my native language, I wish you will excuse me if I make some grammatical errors. I have a background in neuroscience and behavioral sciences and I am currently doing brain research related to these topics in university in my home country. It is a fascinating thought that we are able to control our emotions in same fashion as we are able to control the muscles in our body while learning to dance, to do some new sport etc. This is the topic that has always interested me. After experiencing all sorts of negative emotions related to my relationship I wanted to find out to what extent it is possible to control one's emotions. My goal was to get rid of the negative feelings and memories related to my difficult relationship and also to prepare myself to face all sorts of tragedies which might come my way in the future.

Human brain is an amazingly flexible device. It is possible to train the brain to work in a certain way in certain situations. It is fascinating to think that we truly are in control of our emotions, not other way around. Understanding this basic principle is the key to a balanced, harmonic and happy life. No tricks or magic is required, simple physiological facts make this possible. We are what we think. Since we can learn to control our thoughts and our mind, we hold the power over what we are and how we will evolve. You decide how your life and your future will be like. Exercise that power.
